By placing a booking, you acknowledge that you are hiring the ride for the agreed time and date only.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance through our website or official contact channels.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received (where applicable).

Refunds & Cancellations

Once our team arrives on-site and setup has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations prior to setup may be eligible for a refund, subject to our Refund Policy
